We will definitely stay at the hotel when we next visit Grand Cayman. We had breakfast & lunch several times at Sunshine Grill - great food & service from all staff, especially Vinroy, the chef & Josephine in the kitchen who made us a special after lunch dessert on our anniversary! Recommend the delicious tacos for lunch. Sunshine Suites Resort - Located 25 minutes stroll from the contemporary museum National Gallery of the Cayman Islands, the affordable 3-star Sunshine. It was not a negative for us that the beach is across the street, we walked over most days but enjoyed the Sunshine Suites pool later in the day. The entire staff were friendly & pleasant, including the maintenance guy who quickly responded to our slow flushing toilet.
